Anti-CFTR (E733) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CFTR, raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 700-750 of human CFTR (designated E733). The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody detects endogenous levels of CFTR protein in Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 168 kDa.
