Anti-CFP Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab186834)

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against Properdin/PFC (also referred to as CFP). The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a liquid and falls within the manufacturer's Primary Antibodies range.

It is validated for Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is affinity purified, provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The target has a reported molecular weight of 51 kDa, and the antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 190–469 of human CFP. Items are shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Recommended applications are Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence. Suggested starting dilutions are WB: 1:1,000–1:5,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. Four scientific images are available to support the validation.
