Anti-CFLAR Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody to CFLAR (also referred to as cFLIP or FLIP), unconjugated and of IgG isotype. It is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blotting, with immunohistochemistry listed as an application, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 90-240 of human cFLIP (NP_003870.4) and purified by affinity chromatography. It detects the target at the expected molecular weights of 28 kDa / 55 kDa. Recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500-1:2,000, and two scientific validation images are available.

Supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, at a lot-specific concentration. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
