Anti-CFL2 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets Cofilin 2 (CFL2). It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-166 of human CFL2 (NP_068733.1), and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. It is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a lot-specific concentration. The target protein has a molecular weight of 18 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50-1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
