Anti-CFL1 (phospho S3) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against CFL1 phosphorylated at serine 3 (phospho Ser3). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence staining (ICC/IF) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around S3 of human CFL1 (NP_005498.1), and the antibody is affinity purified into a liquid preparation supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The target protein runs at 18 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000, IHC 1:50-1:100, and ICC/IF 1:100-1:200. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
