Anti-CFI Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against CFI, also referred to as Factor I. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated by the manufacturer for western blotting and is reactive with human and mouse samples.

It was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 19–300 of human CFI (NP_000195.2) as the immunogen; the target has a reported molecular weight of 60 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. It is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For western blotting, the manufacturer's recommended dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000.
