Anti-CFI Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against complement factor I (CFI), an enzyme also known as C3B/C4B inactivator or IF. The antibody is supplied in a 50 µl volume at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL and is unconjugated, making it suitable for use with standard secondary detection chemistries. It was generated against a recombinant human CFI immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography using that same immunogen, ensuring high specificity for the endogenous target. According to the manufacturer, the reagent detects the total endogenous pool of CFI protein and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications across human and mouse samples. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the formulation is a phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) vehicle at pH 7.4 containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative, and 50% glycerol for cryoprotection.
