Anti-CFHR3 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Complement factor H-related protein 3 (CFHR3), available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is provided unconjugated in liquid form with IgG isotype and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications.

The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 80–200 of human CFHR3 (accession NP_066303.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 45 kDa. The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. For Western blot, a recommended working dilution of 1:500-1:2,000 is suggested. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt, aliquots should be stored at -20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

The host species is rabbit, with polyclonal clonality and an unconjugated format. Concentration is lot specific.
