Anti-CFHR1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against a recombinant human CFHR1 immunogen and intended for the detection of endogenous Complement Factor H-Related 1. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL aliquot, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and is shipped at 4 °C. For long-term stability it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Validated applications include Western Blotting and Immunohistochemistry on human samples, and the antibody has also been reported to cross-react with mouse and rat tissue in some references.
