Anti-CFH Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com within the Primary Antibodies range, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Complement Factor H (CFH) and supplied as an unconjugated liquid IgG preparation. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 19–323 of human Complement factor H (NP_000177.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 150 kDa.

Reactivity has been demonstrated with human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

It is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
