Anti-CFB Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Complement factor B (CFB), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and is validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

It cross-reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 26-259 of Complement factor B (CFB) (NP_001701.2) and was purified by affinity purification. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, with lot-specific concentration. The reported molecular weight of the target is 100 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for IHC, and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
