Description
A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody to CETP offered by Antibodies.com. It is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity against human samples. The antibody detects endogenous levels of CETP protein.
The immunogen is recombinant full-length human CETP. The product is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 70 kDa.
