Anti-CETP Antibody

This primary rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against CETP and supplied as an unconjugated liquid preparation. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 300-493 of human CETP (NP_000069.2). The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight is 75 kDa, and the concentration is lot specific.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Four scientific validation images are available.
