Anti-CETN3 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Centrin 3, raised in rabbit and unconjugated, available through Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, supported by 7 scientific images.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–167 of human CETN3 (NP_004356.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 20 kDa and localises to the centrosome, with tissue-enhanced expression in testis. The isotype is IgG and the clonality is polyclonal.

Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:100 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
