Raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–172 of human CETN2 (NP_004335.1), the antibody has been knockout validated. It is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The target protein has a molecular weight of 20 kDa.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
