Anti-CETN2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against recombinant human CETN2 (Centrin-2), a calcium-binding protein also known as CALT, Caltractin isoform 1, or CEN2. The antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in the 50 µL size format and is unconjugated, allowing flexible use in standard immunodetection workflows. It was purified by affinity chromatography against the immunogen and recognizes the endogenous total CETN2 protein. The host species is rabbit and the clonality is polyclonal (IgG), and the reagent has been validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples. The formulation is a phosphate-buffered saline solution (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide as preservative, and 50% glycerol for cryoprotection.
