Anti-CETN1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Centrin 1 (CETN1), offered by Antibodies.com as a liquid, unconjugated IgG preparation. The antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has been validated for Western blotting, with IHC also listed among the applications.

It is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-172 of human CETN1 (NP_004057.1) and is purified by affinity chromatography. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 20 kDa, and the manufacturer recommends a Western blot dilution of 1:500-1:2,000.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
