Anti-CES2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against CES2. It is unconjugated and supplied as a liquid formulation in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 310–410 of human CES2 (NP_003860.3) and purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 67 kDa.

The reagent is of IgG isotype and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with two scientific validation images available. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. It has been verified to react with human and mouse samples.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
