Anti-CES1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against carboxylesterase 1 (CES1) and is supplied as an affinity-purified, unconjugated preparation intended for research use only. The antibody is provided in a 50 µl volume at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. The immunogen is a recombinant human CES1 protein, and the reagent detects the endogenous total CES1 protein in validated western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows.
