Anti-CES1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to CES1, supplied by Antibodies.com within the Primary Antibodies category. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit (IgG isotype) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). It has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Specificity is directed against CES1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of CES1 protein. The immunogen used is recombinant full length Human CES1, and the expected molecular weight is approximately 63 kDa. The product is provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
