Anti-CEP83 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against CEP83 and validated for use in Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 34-260 of human CEP83 (NP_057206.2). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 82 kDa.

For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Concentration is lot specific. One scientific validation image accompanies the product.
