Anti-CEP44 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as a primary research reagent, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets CEP44 (centrosomal protein 44). The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and is reactive with human and mouse samples. It is supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a target molecular weight of 45 kDa. The recommended Western blot working dilution range is 1:500 – 1:2,000.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–280 of human CEP44 (NP_001035247.1). The antibody is affinity purified and shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquots should be stored at -20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. CEP44 is mapped to chromosome 4 and is predicted to localise intracellularly.
