Anti-CELF2 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against CELF2, also referred to as Elav-type RNA-binding protein ETR3. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 422-521 of human CELF2 (NP_006552.3). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 60 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide.

For Western blot, the manufacturer recommends a working dilution of 1:200-1:500. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
