Anti-CEBPG Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises CEBPG. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). It is reactive with human and mouse samples; the Antibodies.com product entry additionally lists rat reactivity.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–150 of human CEBPG (NP_001797.1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 16 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
