Anti-CEBPE Antibody

A polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets CEBPE (CCAAT/enhancer binding protein epsilon), a transcription factor. Raised in rabbit and of the IgG isotype, the reagent is unconjugated and supplied as a liquid preparation.

It has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human and mouse samples. The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–190 of human CEBPE (NP_001796.2); the target protein has a molecular weight of 35 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. For Western blotting, the manufacturer recommends a working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000.

The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
