Anti-CEBPB Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against CEBP Beta (C/EBPB) and supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. It is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein spanning amino acids 154–233 of human C/EBPB (NP_005185.2) and purified by affinity chromatography. It recognises a target of 48 kDa and is recommended for use at 1:500–1:1,000 in Western blot and 1:50–1:200 in immunohistochemistry. The product is supplied in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal; it is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
