Anti-CEACAM5 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this research-grade polyclonal antiserum is raised in rabbit against the human CEACAM5 (carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 5) immunogen and is provided as an unconjugated, affinity-purified IgG preparation. The antibody is supplied in 50 µL aliquots at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. Validated applications include Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), where it reliably detects the endogenous total CEACAM5 protein in human samples. The reagent is shipped refrigerated at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival for long-term storage at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
