Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to the CEACAM5 target, supplied by Antibodies.com for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The reagent is raised in rabbit, is unconjugated, and reacts with human samples. The immunogen is recombinant full-length human CEACAM5, and the antibody is reported to detect endogenous levels of the CEACAM5 protein.
Supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein runs at approximately 77 kDa, and the immunoglobulin isotype is IgG.
