Anti-CEACAM5 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against CEACAM5. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, supplied as a liquid reagent validated for Western Blot (WB) applications with reactivity confirmed against Human and Mouse samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-702 of human CEACAM5 (P06731). The target protein has a molecular weight of 170 kDa. The recommended dilution range for WB is 1:500-1:2,000. The concentration is lot specific.

Purified by affinity purification, the product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
