Anti-CEACAM3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises CEACAM3 and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with human and mouse samples and is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody has been affinity-purified and is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.

The immunogen used to generate the antibody is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–135 of human CD66d/CEACAM3 (NP_001806.2), and the expected molecular weight of the target is 33 kDa. The recommended working dilution for WB is 1:500–1:2,000, as illustrated by a validation image showing detection in A549 lysates at 25 µg per lane using a 1:1,000 primary dilution, a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary at 1:10,000, and ECL-based detection with a 90-second exposure.
