Anti-CEACAM1 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab180789)

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets CEACAM1 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 300–430 of human CEACAM1 (NP_001192273.1) and detects the target at apparent molecular weights of 130 kDa and 150 kDa. It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
