Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this research-grade CEACAM1 reagent is a rabbit polyclonal IgG preparation raised against recombinant human CEACAM1 (carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 1, also known as CD66a or biliary glycoprotein 1). Affinity-purified to a final concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, the antibody is supplied as an unconjugated antiserum in 50 µL aliquots buffered in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4 (150 mM NaCl, 50% glycerol, and 0.02% sodium azide as preservative). It detects the endogenous total CEACAM1 protein and is validated for western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human tissue samples, with cross-reactivity also reported for mouse and rat.
