Anti-CEACAM1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against human CEACAM1, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets the cell-surface glycoprotein also known as CD66a and biliary glycoprotein (BGP). The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, packaged as a 100 µl vial, and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows on human and mouse samples.

CEACAM1 belongs to the carcinoembryonic antigen family of immunoglobulin-superfamily adhesion molecules and is studied extensively in tumor biology, angiogenesis, immune modulation, and as an attachment receptor engaged by several bacterial and viral pathogens.
