Anti-CDYL2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human CDYL2, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody for chromo-domain research. The reagent is provided at 1 mg/mL in a liquid PBS buffer containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is offered in a 50 µL pack size. It is validated for western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA, and it detects endogenous levels of CDYL2 protein in human samples. The antibody is polyclonal of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography.
