Anti-CDYL2 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against CDYL2 and validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody is produced by immunising rabbits with a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 60–230 of human CDYL2 (NP_689555.2) and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the target protein is reported at a molecular weight of 54 kDa. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
