CDX2 is a caudal-type homeobox transcription factor that drives intestinal epithelial differentiation and serves as a key lineage marker in gastrointestinal pathology research. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as 100 µl of antiserum and is validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human tissue sections and lysates. Investigators use it to confirm colorectal origin within adenocarcinoma panels, to characterize intestinal metaplasia in gastric biopsies, and to follow enterocyte differentiation in organoid and stem cell models. The antibody is raised in rabbit, purified as a polyclonal reagent, and detects human CDX2, with reactivity restricted to human samples according to the published specification. Storage at 4 °C short term and -20 °C long term preserves activity across repeated freeze-thaw cycles for ongoing immunohistochemistry and western blot studies.
