Anti-CDX1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets CDX1, a caudal-type homeobox transcription factor expressed in the intestinal epithelium. Raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated IgG, the antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with confirmed reactivity against Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 136–265 of human CDX1 (NP_001795.2). The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The target has a reported molecular weight of 35 kDa. The recommended working dilution for WB is 1:500–1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
