Anti-CDKN3 Antibody

rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against CDKN3 (Cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 3), a dual-specificity phosphatase also referred to as KAP or kinase-associated phosphatase. The antibody is generated in rabbit and affinity-purified from antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen synthesized from the internal region of human CDKN3, and it detects endogenous levels of the target protein. It is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at 1 mg/mL in a liquid formulation of PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The unconjugated antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA applications, and has been tested for reactivity against human and mouse samples, making it suitable for cross-species research workflows. For handling, the product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted on arrival and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve reagent integrity.
