Anti-CDKN2C Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6 inhibitor C (CDKN2C), also known as p18-INK4c or p18-INK6. The immunogen is a recombinant human CDKN2C protein, and the antibody has been affinity-purified from serum to enrich for antigen-specific immunoglobulins. It is supplied as an unconjugated preparation at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is offered here in the 50 µl size format. The host species is Rabbit and the clonality is Polyclonal, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the antibody is reported to detect the endogenous total CDKN2C protein in these assays.
