Anti-CDKN2C Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CDKN2C, of IgG isotype and unconjugated, supplied by Antibodies.com. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections (IHC-P), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-168 of human CDKN2C and detects endogenous levels of total CDKN2C protein. The predicted molecular weight is 18 kDa, with reported bands at 18 kDa and 17 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB, 1:50-1:100 for IHC-P, 1:50-1:100 for ICC/IF and 1 µg/ml for ELISA.

The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
