Anti-CDKN2B Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets CDKN2B, also known as p15 INK4b, and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 59–138 of human CDKN2B (NP_004927.2; immunogen sequence ARVAELLLLHGAEPNCADPATLTRPVHDAAREGFLDTLVVLHRAGARLDVRDAWGRLPVDLAEERGHRDVAGYLRTATGD). The reported molecular weight of the target is 15 kDa.

Reactivity is reported for human, mouse, and rat samples. For Western blotting, the manufacturer recommends a working dilution of 1:500–1:1,000. The reagent is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C on receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
