Anti-CDKN2A Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent provides reliable detection of the human CDKN2A tumor suppressor (also known as p16INK4a) for routine laboratory research. The antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume, purified by affinity chromatography against a synthetic peptide of human CDKN2A, and is unconjugated, allowing flexibility for downstream labelling. It is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and has been shown to recognize the endogenous level of total CDKN2A protein in human samples. The reagent is provided in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, and should be stored at –20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
