Anti-CDKN1B Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against CDKN1B (also known as p27 KIP 1) and is supplied unconjugated as an IgG reagent. It is validated for western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

According to the manufacturer's datasheet, the antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–198 of human CDKN1B/p27KIP1 (NP_004055.1). The reagent is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 27 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:20–1:50 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
