Anti-CDKN1A Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against CDKN1A (also referred to as p21), generated using a recombinant human CDKN1A protein as immunogen. The unconjugated reagent is validated by the manufacturer for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and is additionally reported for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications. It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and recognises the endogenous level of total CDKN1A protein.

The antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and has been purified by affinity chromatography against the immunogen. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
