Description
Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CDKL5, raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human CDKL5. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blotting (WB) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.
CDKL5 pAb detects endogenous levels of CDKL5 protein. The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of >95% by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight is ~110 kDa.
