Anti-CDKAL1 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, the Anti-CDKAL1 Antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a recombinant human CDKAL1 immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen. It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and is available in a 50 µL vial as an unconjugated reagent of the IgG isotype. The antibody specifically detects the endogenous total level of CDKAL1 protein and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. It shows reactivity with human and mouse samples, making it suitable for cross-species research studies. The target, also known by the synonyms CDK5 regulatory subunit-associated protein 1-like 1, threonylcarbamoyladenosine tRNA methylthiotransferase, and tRNA-t(6)A37 methylthiotransferase, plays a role in tRNA modification. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
