Anti-CDKAL1 Antibody

Validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:10-1:100 for ICC/IF. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-230 of human CDKAL1 (NP_060244.2), and detects the target at an apparent molecular weight of 55 - 65 kDa.

The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
