Anti-Cdk8 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets cyclin-dependent kinase 8 (Cdk8), also known as cell division protein kinase 8 and Protein kinase K35, a subunit of the Mediator complex. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human Cdk8, and the antibody is supplied as an unconjugated IgG at 1 mg/mL in a liquid PBS formulation containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. Researchers can apply it across ELISA, Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows to detect endogenous levels of Cdk8 in samples of human and mouse origin.
