Description
This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against CDK7 and was generated using a synthetic immunogen corresponding to amino acids 150–200 of the human CDK7 protein. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with human and mouse samples.
The reagent is unconjugated and formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
CDK7 (N166) pAb detects endogenous levels of CDK7 protein, which runs at approximately 39 kDa.
