Anti-CDK6 (phospho Y24) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com recognises CDK6 when phosphorylated at tyrosine 24 (phospho Tyr24). It is supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with human and mouse samples. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:100, and ICC/IF 1:100–1:200.

The immunogen was a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Y24 of human CDK6, and the target protein migrates at a molecular weight of 37 kDa. The product concentration is lot specific, and the antibody is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
